Role Overview:

This role focuses on project management activities related to timely development of mining projects, specifically through assisting client officials in securing statutory clearances such as EC, FC, etc through planning, appointment of technical consultants and regular follow-up/monitoring till the clearances are obtained.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and track statutory requirements across mining lifecycle.
Review policies of MoEFCC, SPCBs, Forest, DGMS, and other authorities.
Advise client on documentation for EC, FC, CTE/CTO, and other clearances.
Monitor timelines and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
Maintain a clearance tracker and generate periodic compliance reports.
