Pega Lead Consultant
Job Description
Minimum 7 to 9 years of experience in PRPC technology platform (Pega),
PRPC, Pega, Software Designing & Programming, Object oriented concepts, Database concepts,
Appeal and Grievance and Healthcare Experience is must to have
Experience in Working on Scrum Model (Agile) is must
Proficiency in architecting/ designing and developing enterprise software systems and products,
Experience in project estimation techniques, architecture and design patterns and performance engineering, Lead the review process design and code ,
Perform software version control and maintain periodic compilation schedule.,
Participate in the system specification review process to ensure system requirements can be translated into valid software design.,
Drive teams and ensure the overall integrity of the software design and validate it against the system architecture specification.,
Assist with planning and execution of project phases, actively participate in the class structure design and reusable rulesets design,
Facilitate knowledge transfer of PRPC functionality and other frameworks / application functionality knowledge ,
Complete work as per schedule. Provide proactive update if timelines or effort estimate are at risk. ,
Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect.
