Band 30 – Product Analyst, Oracle Transformation Delivery

Role Overview

Product Analyst, Oracle Transformation Delivery (Band 30) is responsible to support the product lead with hands-on product delivery of Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) capabilities as part of the enterprise transformation program. Operating within the Product / Capabilities organization, this role will focus on supporting the Oracle Cloud product lead through gathering requirements, translating into technical needs, executing testing and supporting deployment activities across Oracle Cloud Procurement modules.

The Product Analyst partners closely with the product team leads, Technology, Business teams, and System Integrator to understand the needs, prepare user stories/requirements for system build, partner with tech throughout development, prepare and execute test scripts in conjunction with end users and support any data analysis and migration support.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Cloud P2P Product Analyst

Support the product lead product owner for Oracle Fusion Cloud P2P modules, including:
- Procurement & Self-Service Procurement
- Supplier Management
- Accounts Payable – Invoicing & Taxation
- Project Accounting (P2P touchpoints)

Implementation Transition & Stabilization

Support the product lead with the end-to-end functional delivery of Oracle Cloud P2P modules, from design and configuration through testing, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Technology stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions that enable an optimal user experience.
In partnership with enterprise technology services and product lead to assess fit-gap analysis, participate in design workshops, and guide functional configuration of P2P modules (PO, iProcurement, AP, Supplier Portal, Invoice Imaging).
Support data migration and User Acceptance testing.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups) ensuring adherence to SAFe Agile practices.
Support stabilization activities post-go-live including ensuring defects are triaged, root-caused, and resolved in line with support SLAs.
Work in partnership with Product BAU team to ensure knowledge transfer and ownership of post-production support of Oracle cloud releases.

Cross-Functional Partnership

Support incident management, defect prioritization, and backlog grooming from a product and business impact perspective.
Collaborate with Training and Change teams to support adoption, role clarity, and user effectiveness.

Continuous Improvement & Oracle Cloud Optimization

Actively share ideas to improve automation, user experience, and controls using Oracle Cloud standard features.
Participate in key discussions to drive standardization and simplification of P2P processes, minimizing customizations and technical debt.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay, ERP product ownership, or Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement, Accounts Payable, Supplier Portal, and related P2P modules.
Experience transitioning Oracle Cloud solutions from implementation into BAU product ownership, preferred.
Strong understanding of:
- Oracle Fusion Financials architecture
- Approval workflows and controls
- Tax configuration (GST / VAT)
- Integration touchpoints within P2P
Experience operating in complex, global, multi-entity, environments.

· Exposure to Agile development methodology

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence Product, Technology, and Business teams.
Prior experience working within a Product or Platform ownership model is preferred.
