Your Role

Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and Scrum practices.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach teams on self-organization, cross-functionality, and continuous improvement.
Identify and remove impediments and dependencies that impact team delivery.

Your Profile

Hands-on experience as Scrum Master and Product Owner.
Experience driving Agile adoption across multiple teams.
Ability to connect Agile delivery to business outcomes and customer value.
Experience working in complex, matrixed enterprise environments
