JD for finance advisory:

Skills required:

• Sound technical knowledge and practical experience of Indian GAAP, Ind AS, IFRS and/or US GAAP

• Technical knowledge and practical experience of Fund accounting, Fund Financial reporting, Investment products accounting, Alternative investments, Capital markets and/or Fund operations and regulatory reporting

• Practical knowledge of finance function and financial reporting process

• Practical knowledge of the financial reporting compliance from a regulatory perspective

• Familiarity with Companies Act, SEBI and related regulatory requirements

• Possess strong domain knowledge, has strong accounting foundation skills

• Experience of financial reporting / accounting implications for M&A / group restructuring

• Experience of financial reporting and finance transformation projects would be an added advantage.
