Job Title: IT Governance Expert – ITIL4 & COBIT 2019

Experience Required: 15+ years

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned IT Governance professional with deep expertise in ITIL4 and COBIT 2019 frameworks. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of relevant experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing IT service management and governance processes across large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of ITIL4 and COBIT 2019-based governance models
Drive process improvements in IT service delivery, compliance, and risk management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategy with business objectives
Conduct maturity assessments and gap analyses to enhance IT governance frameworks
Provide expert guidance on best practices, tools, and methodologies

Preferred Skills:

Strong understanding of ITSM, risk, compliance, and audit processes
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Certifications in ITIL4 and COBIT 2019 are highly desirable
