Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead and manage projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will oversee planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects meet objectives, deadlines, and budgets. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth project execution.
Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, assigning tasks and managing resources to meet project goals. Foster collaboration and clear communication among team members.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring regular communication and updates on project progress.
Budget & Schedule Control: Track project expenses and ensure the project stays within budget. Monitor timelines and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
Quality Assurance & Reporting: Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Prepare and present status reports, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
PMP certification preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
