On the Job

Relevant internship experience (2 to 4 months atleast) in hiring coordination.

Excellent at articulating and communicating the employer brand.

Naturally good at selling.

Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn.

Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment is a big plus.

Must-haves (Min. qualifications)

Scheduling and coordinating interviews, and collecting feedback

Working closely with hiring managers for profile screening and JD preparation

Making roles live, updating the ATS, and sharing pipeline updates regularly

Contributing creative ideas to enable faster hiring

Communicating proactively with candidates to ensure a smooth experience
