Senior Treasury Analyst
Job Description
Oracle Treasury operations team is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to take on a key position in managing and optimizing various banking operations within our global Treasury team. This position requires an individual with a strong understanding of bank account management, as they will be responsible for facilitating the opening and closure of company bank accounts, ensuring the accurate and timely update of bank account signatories across regions, and overseeing the KYC (Know Your Customer) process by addressing banks' transaction-related queries and managing the refresh and attestation of KYC documentation. The ideal candidate will also have experience with issuing and maintaining bank guarantees, including the associated SEC reporting and invoicing, working closely with our banking partners to ensure smooth processing. In addition to managing core banking functions, the position will involve primary system administration for LATAM banks, as well as providing backup support for major banks, including BNP, JPMorgan, Citi, HSBC, and Wells Fargo. The successful candidate will also play a crucial role in supporting quarterly audits, assisting with Treasury-related ad hoc operational tasks and high-priority projects, and providing valuable guidance to new hires. A key part of this position will also include identifying opportunities for process improvement and making recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Treasury operations.
