We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead Marketing Technology (MarTech) and Owned & Operated (O&O) campaign development across Outbound (email, push notifications, WhatsApp), Retail, and Landing Pages. This role will be the primary point-of-contact to funnel India O&O strategic insights across marketing channels to drive further India growth. Success in this role requires strategic and analytical thinking in the marketing space, where you will build ambitious plans and test white space opportunities. You will ensure India campaigns meet Global and Central team guardrails while maintaining high performance standards. You will also work cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Promotions, and Data teams to drive Amazon Music growth. A successful candidate will demonstrate passion for owned channel marketing, continuous A/B testing, and strong analytical instincts. We seek a data-driven marketer and leader who's energized to accelerate growth and eager to explore new learning opportunities and scale successful initiatives. This role sits in Mumbai, reporting into a US-based team.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead development and definition of Marketing tool requirements for Owned & Operated Channels, working with Product Manager, Tech Leads, and Global O&O team to scale MarTech capabilities to Region
- Build testing roadmap and lead experimentation execution for Amazon Music across the customer lifecycle. Test and learn across new placements, managing multivariate and A/B testing campaigns.
- Own strategy, execution and performance in Owned & Operated campaigns, including messaging and localization. Establish ongoing creative refresh and optimization program.
- Optimize conversion rates and funnel analytics with BIEs and Data Science. Set KPIs, establish reporting and review measurement and performance.
- Establish reports and perform detailed analysis to drive insights to increase acquisition and engagement across owned & operated marketing channels and campaigns.
- Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance business reviews and projections for campaigns, channels, and overall O&O, showcasing results the team has delivered and presenting to country and executive leadership.

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
