· Must be – MBA (Finance) / CA / ICWA / B Com / BE + MBA (Finance) 4 - 8 years’ experience in SAP FICO

· Must have experience of 1-2 end to end SAP implementation projects for client

· Minimum one project hands on experience in SAP Profitability and Performance Management (SAP PaPM)

· Understanding of defining the data models in PaPM, integrations (SAP and non-SAP systems), standard capabilities in PaPM and design of business rules

· Understanding of Cost and Revenue allocation process design and implementation

· Experience and knowledge in one or more mentioned SAP technologies modules like SAP BW / SAP HANA / SAP BPC (optional)

· Good functional knowledge/experience in financial allocation processes

· Experience in testing of process scenarios in an area of Finance

· Ability to work with clients in a consultative way; helping them translate their tax function’s business objectives into digital strategies

Willingness to build career within tax transformation domain

· Strong interpersonal, team and communication skills, both verbal and written

· Teamwork, collaboration, customer centricity, service orientation and quality focus

Additional Desired Skills

Basic understanding of leading-edge technologies such as: SQL/Column Data databases, data and analytics tools, cloud computing, AI/ML etc.

· Experience with BW and HANA Modeling

· Experience working with planning, consolidation, and financial reporting processes

· Previous experience with consulting firms
