Skills and Expertise: The consultant should have expertise in the following:

1. Database design and management using PostgreSQL, MSSQL and Oracle.

2. Advanced SQL development, including writing efficient queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

3. PL/SQL programming for developing complex database Analytics functions and optimizing database performance.

4. Data modeling and normalization to ensure structured and optimized database schemas.

5. Query optimization techniques for improving database performance and reducing query execution time.

6. Indexing and partitioning strategies to enhance database efficiency and scalability.

7. ETL process development to extract, transform, and load data into databases.

8. Troubleshooting and debugging SQL queries to resolve issues related to data retrieval and integrity.

9. Database security and access control, including user permissions and role-based access management.

10. Integration of databases with applications, ensuring seamless data connectivity and interaction.

11. Proficiency in version control tools such as Git for managing database scripts and configurations.

12. Automating database processes using scripts for scheduled tasks and batch processing.

13. Experience in cloud-based database services such as Azure SQL Database or Oracle Cloud (good to have).

14. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical concepts to stakeholders.
