Job Title: Manager - Lean Six Sigma and Business Excellence Trainer & Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support in preparing process documentation as per CMMI ML3 requirements

• Coordinate with client stakeholders to gather inputs and review documents • Assist in aligning client processes with the CMMI ML3 model • Provide day-to-day support in tracking, organizing, and maintaining implementation deliverables • Participate in internal and client meetings to capture actions and ensure follow-ups

Qualification:

- Bachelors’ Degree required

- Exposure to quality/process frameworks such as CMMI, ISO, etc.

- Experience in documentation, process mapping, or audit support

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Ability to work independently from client premises

- Willingness to travel approximately 70-75% as needed

- Moderate to advanced Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint skills
