Business Analyst – Digital Strategy & Transformation

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with a proven track record in driving digital and data-driven transformations within financial organizations. This role requires expertise in shaping technology-led initiatives, optimizing processes, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and evolving market trends. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI-powered solutions, data analytics and financial technology modernization.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional teams to define strategic business objectives, ensuring seamless integration of digital solutions into core operations.
Guide enterprise-wide analytics and modernization efforts, creating data-driven frameworks that enhance decision-making.
Drive large-scale cloud adoption, streamlining key financial operations and ensuring scalable business growth.
Lead product initiatives focused on payments, credit, and investment ecosystems, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
Act as a bridge between business and technology, translating complex requirements into actionable insights.
Contribute to innovation-led proposals and engagements, advising on emerging technologies and best practices.
Support stakeholder alignment and governance, ensuring successful execution of business priorities.

Qualifications & Skills

BE/BTech. MTech/MBA/PGDM is a plus.
Strong understanding of financial services, banking operations, and digital transformation trends.
Expertise in cloud platforms, AI-driven business models, and analytics tools.
Experience working in Agile and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on KPIs and business impact.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and leadership alignment.
