Educational Qualifications

• B.Tech , MCA , MSC in one of the following disciplines:

- Artificial Intelligence

- Computer Science

- Information Technology

- Cybersecurity

Key Responsibilities

Incident Response & Investigation:

Lead and support investigations into cybersecurity incidents across network, email, and endpoint environments.

Perform log analysis to identify indicators of compromise (IOCs) and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).

Conduct malware analysis to understand behavior, impact, and remediation strategies.

Digital Forensics:

Perform forensic acquisition and analysis of Windows, Linux, and Mac systems.

Conduct mobile device forensics on Android and iOS platforms.

Preserve, analyze, and present digital evidence in a legally defensible manner.

Scripting & Automation:

Develop and maintain scripts using Python, Bash, and PowerShell to automate forensic and IR tasks.

Create tools and utilities to enhance investigation workflows.

Cloud & Virtualization:

Investigate incidents in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualized infrastructures.

Analyze logs and artifacts from cloud-native services and virtual machines.

Networking & Threat Analysis:

Analyze network traffic and packet captures to detect anomalies and threats.

Collaborate with SOC and threat intelligence teams to correlate findings and improve detection capabilities.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python, Bash, and PowerShell scripting.

• Strong understanding of network protocols, email headers, and log formats.

• Hands-on experience with forensic tools and platforms (e.g., EnCase, FTK, Autopsy, Cellebrite, Magnet AXIOM).

• Familiarity with SIEM platforms and EDR solutions.

• Knowledge of cloud security and virtualization technologies.

Certifications (Any of these)

• OSCP – Offensive Security Certified Professional

• LPT – Licensed Penetration Tester

• EnCE – EnCase Certified Examiner

• CFCE – Certified Forensic Computer Examiner

• GCFA – GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst

• GCFE – GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner
