Backend Developer (.NET Core | SQL Server | Microservices)

Experience: 5+ years
Locations: PAN India

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core, SQL Server, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable backend systems, writing clean and maintainable code, and working in agile, collaborative environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET Core.
Build and optimize microservices-based architectures for scalability and performance.
Develop robust database solutions using SQL Server, including stored procedures, performance tuning, and query optimization.
Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high‑quality software.
Participate in code reviews, contribute to best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in production and non-production environments.
Contribute to architectural discussions and propose technical improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development.
Strong expertise in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
Solid working knowledge of SQL Server, database design, and query optimization.
Experience in developing and deploying microservices.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed system design.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
Knowledge of messaging queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Understanding of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
