Job Description

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES Develop and implement automated testing strategies, frameworks, and scripts to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Lead and Mentor a team of automation testers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans. Design and implement scalable and maintainable test architectures for various types of applications, including web, mobile, and API. Conduct regular reviews of automated test scripts to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Conduct regular code reviews for automated test scripts to ensure quality and adherence to coding standard. Evaluate and select appropriate testing tools and technologies to enhance testing capabilities and efficiencies. Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues related to test automation. Provide regular status reports on automated testing progress and any identified issues or risks. Review the project requirements to ensure completeness of requirements from testing perspective. Identify the test data by utilizing available data within the project team and making/creating necessary modifications for the new project, using Components when possible. Review stored test cases in the Test script repository based on the use cases, high level requirement scenarios, Project Test Plan, and the supplemental requirements. Coach other associates on a variety of skills including how to create test cases, test coverage comprehensiveness, technical assistance, test environment usage, testing processes, test data setup, document issues, and how to evaluate risk with uncovered defects. Setting up of test environments, designing test plans, developing test cases/scenarios/usage cases, and executing test cases. Roles & Responsibilities: CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED Strong knowledge of Selenium, automation frameworks and Core Java is a must. (Mandatory). Good Knowledge of CI/CD using Jenkins, GIT and BITBUCKET. (Good to Have) In depth Knowledge of JIRA and Agile. (Mandatory) Hands on experience of Zephyr as Test Case Management Tool. (Mandatory) Strong debugging skills. (Mandatory) Strong Analytical Skills & problem solving skills.(Mandatory) Good knowledge of Katalon will be added advantage. (Good to have) Strong knowledge on various test case design techniques e.g. PairWise, Boundary Value etc. (Mandatory) Have the ability to escalate issues with a view to bringing about a win-win resolution. (Good to have). Good written & spoken communication skills; (Good to have) Good to have US health care domain knowledge. (Good to have) Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech./MCA with 10+ years of Testing & management experience Candidate should be a graduate Technology (Alight IT)
