Murex Functional Testing
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Murex Back Office Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Murex BO modules, a solid understanding of financial products across asset classes, and a deep grasp of trade lifecycle workflows. This role demands technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Murex Back Office operations including trade validation, confirmation, settlement, and accounting.
- Analyze and debug issues across trade lifecycle processes, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, and IT teams to ensure seamless pre-trade and post-trade integration.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Murex Back Office modules.
- Exposure to ISO 20022 / SWIFT and other financial messaging standards.
- Good understanding of FI, FX, MM asset classes and related trade flows.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Solid grasp of pre-trade and post-trade workflows.
- Deep knowledge of payment and settlement processes.
- Familiarity with GOM and its operational impact.
Nice to Have:
- Working knowledge of collateral management systems and processes.
- Experience in automation or scripting for operational efficiency.
