Join Our Unified Marketing Data Layer Team as a Senior Engineer – II

The Opportunity: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Engineer with experience in Big Data, GCP Cloud, Java, and Spark applications. As a key member of our Unified Marketing Data Layer team, you will design, implement, and optimize data solutions to support our data-driven initiatives. Your work will ensure that all marketing personas have access to consistent, reliable, and governed data.

What You’ll Do:

Develop innovative, high-quality, and robust operational engineering capabilities.
Work with Big Data, Spark, Java, and Scala in our evolving technology stack.
Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements and create technical solutions.
Define best practices and drive reengineering opportunities.
Participate in peer code reviews and technical discussions.

Qualifications:

BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of hands-on experience with Big Data & Analytics solutions (Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Scala, Python, GCP Cloud).
Proficiency in SQL and database systems, with experience in data model optimization.
Experience with data pipelines, Airflow, Kafka, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Familiarity with Agile & Scrum methodologies.
GCP Professional Data Engineer certification is a plus.
