Comprised of key internal and external servicing functions, GSG delivers extraordinary customer care to Card Members, merchants, and commercial clients around the world, while providing world-class credit, collections, and fraud services. Global Disputes resolves Billing Disputes for our Customers by providing a Fair, Fast and Transparent resolution. The team balances Merchant and Card Member priorities in accordance with Policies and Procedures

How will you make an impact in this role?

Respond to all Cardmember and Merchant queries related to Disputes in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Deliver to the Customer and Shareholder metrics as per Dispute goals
Highlight issues through feedback and recommend changes in Disputes workflows, procedures, service levels, based on customer demands to meet their needs and ensure quality service is given at all times
Adherence to quality and compliance guidelines
Adherence to Dispute policy and procedures
Balance customer interests with the interests of American Express
Communicate effectively with Card Members and Merchants to identify and document necessary information basis responses

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor’s degree
Not more than 3 years of difference between highest education degree completion date and Joining date
Should not have enrolled in any prior Government Apprenticeship programs
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality
