Account Manager, Small Business Sales Scaled

Job Description

  • Work towards assigned goals, while prioritizing and delivering an excellent customer business experience to Google's agencies and advertisers.
  • Implement creative ways to improve our agency and customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote other Google products.
  • Communicate with customers/agencies via phone, email or direct contact.
  • Provide advice and help our advertisers get the best return on investment on their advertising investment by working with them in a consultative role.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in managing and customizing experience to a customer base.
  • Ability to be independent with the capacity to lead, motivate, and work well with others.
  • Ability to work towards goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.

As an Account Manager for Small Business Sales (SBS), you will aim to align business activity with customer success to drive long-term growth sustainability at scale. You will focus on adoptions to customer success and growth impact.
