1.Skills Required:

Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills; with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively; and manage multiple priorities within a stringent timeline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Deep functional understanding of FP&A processes including predictive forecasting, rolling forecasting, scenario planning, cost allocations, zero based & incremental budgeting, Top-down & bottoms-up budgeting and Management reporting.
Deep functional understanding of Reporting and analytics including visualizations, dash boards, score cards, KPIs or metric definition
Ability to effectively manage, mentor and develop high performing team of Finance and management reporting professionals.
Attention to detail, review, and accuracy of deliverables.

2.Responsibilities:

Be a key member of the Annual budgeting process. Play a vital role in finalizing budgets for Service Lines (SL) working closely with the SL leaders.
Providing guidance to team members to ensure timely delivery of MIS and other deliverables
Perform data analytics to support the HoD in business reviews and regular operations
Build models for Simulations, Forecast and Projections
Assist SL leaders in annual Global Planning, quarterly reporting and adhoc requirements
Working Capital Management: Ensuring timely update of various Collection & Billing related reports on weekly / monthly basis. Constant dialogue with Engagement teams to ensure targets are met and maintain the Lock up low.
Revenue: Handling various dashboard for Provisions/ Revenue/ Pipeline etc. Should be on top of the numbers and work with the business team to ensure timely and correct revenue accrual and minimize provisions.
Monitoring actual performance against budget and Forecast. In depth analysis for any major variances. Tracking factors and exceptions contributing to the variances and proactively flagging to SL leaders for mitigating impact.
Perform various People related analysis viz Headcount pyramid, Utilization, Time Sheet compliance etc.
Support the Business teams on DRB reviews, RFI / RFP submissions
Support SL leaders in various special projects undertaken time to time
Identify scope for automation and process simplification

3. The Candidate:

Must have 10 + years of relevant work experience
Qualification: MBA/ Master of Science in Finance (M.Sc. Finance) from reputed institute or qualified CA
Added advantage will be knowledge of data analytics / data science, Power BI, tools etc.
