Job description – Program Management and Governance

Key responsibility areas

Project Management:

§ Driving Weekly / Monthly Governance review meetings with the stakeholders with defined agenda and recording minutes and tracking action for completion

§ Compiling data about project progress and producing reports and dashboards as and when required by higher management.

§ Implementing and maintaining a centralized document management system to ensuring common document repository

§ Operationalizing internal improvement initiatives identified time to time for bring in efficiency to the existing system

§ Able to deliver projects within scope budget and timelines

Governance:

§ Program Management Governance – Track compliance to program / project management standards

§ Compliance to standards – Coordinate compliance reviews / audits to ensure compliance on ongoing basis

§ Collecting, collating and centralizing compliance related artefacts for review in various regular audits, internal reviews

§ Learn and contribute to design of compliance processes, programs for increasing efficacy of measuring and reporting on compliance

Skillsets / desired profile:

§ Good understanding of project management methodology

§ Understanding of SDLC phases and typical artefacts related to each stage

§ Understanding of key IT operations and associated metrics e.g. patching, vulnerability assessment, etc.

§ Certification in Agile methodology – Scrum Master, Product Owner, etc. preferred

§ Should be expert in MS Office – strong analytic skills / excel knowledge; and ability to create crisp presentations for management decision-making, status reporting

§ Capability of handling work pressure in a dynamic and demanding environment

§ Ability to self-lead projects and programs

§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
