Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Agile Coach to work with multiple delivery teams and help them adopt and mature Agile practices across Scrum, Kanban, technical agility, and automation. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with Agile frameworks and tools such as Jira, experienced in coaching cross-functional teams, and skilled at driving continuous improvement through actionable metrics and close stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Coach and mentor multiple cross-functional delivery teams on Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
Foster technical agility by supporting best practices in DevOps, test automation, CI/CD, and Agile engineering practices.
Drive the effective use of Jira by configuring boards, workflows, dashboards, and custom metrics to track and visualize progress.
Analyze team performance data to generate insights and improve predictability, quality, and team health.
Create and publish sprint reviews, velocity charts, burn-down/up reports, and release dashboards for stakeholders.
Partner closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and SMEs to align on product goals, delivery timelines, and Agile adoption strategies.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions on Agile principles, roles, events, and tools for teams and leadership.
Lead regular Agile health checks, retrospectives, and team maturity assessments, ensuring continuous improvement.
Identify and resolve organizational impediments that hinder Agile adoption or team effectiveness.
Champion a culture of collaboration, feedback, learning, and transparency across the organization.
Lead the quarterly release planning for delivery teams and execute in the product prioritization exercise.
Report on key metrices around the sprint velocity, resource allocations and overall schedule adherence to quarterly release plans
