Are you passionate about innovation and making an immediate impact on customers' lives? daily? Are you a data-driven, technical product leader with experience launching enterprise software?

As a senior product manager – technical, you will be responsible for (1) defining the customer journey from sign-up, sign-in and usage of Alexa on Alexa built-in devices, (2) defining the CX for Alexa set up on Alexa built in devices, and discovery CX for various high value Alexa experiences on a Alexa built-in device, (3) managing a portfolio features that enables daily engagement for Alexa customers and Alexa Enterprise partners (4) designing strategies to deepen existing customers’ relationship with Alexa outside of Echo devices; and (5) collaborating with OEM partners to provide them with tech requirements to include Alexa built-in voice experiences in their own product portfolio.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop tech and product requirements, design specifications, go-to-market plans, and partner communication strategy for key product features
• Lead the product vision and go-to-market strategy for a new strategic business
• Create buy-in for your vision across the Alexa organization and with external partners
• Influence leaders across engineering, design, business development, solutions architecture, marketing, PR, legal, and finance to deliver exceptional results
• Establish key performance indicators, drive feature adoption, and measure the health of your product and business
• Create and influence product roadmaps across a large organization

A day in the life
As a Senior Product Management-Technical, you will work directly with customers to define the product vision and business plan for a new, strategic Alexa business. You will get buy-in on your vision from customers, partners, and executives across the company. You will collaborate with design and engineering leaders to define product requirements, delightful user experiences, and a scalable architecture. You will collaborate with marketing, PR, and BDSA leaders to define how to take your products to market and drive broad adoption. You will partner with design, engineering, business development, solutions architecture, and finance leaders to build roadmap(s) that empower them to achieve our P&L goals. Partner with customers and OEM partners to provide them with APIs or device specs to build the NorthStar Alexa built-in experiences for Smart TVs, Speakers and more device form factors.

Alexa Built In (ABI) is one of product portfolio of AE and it adds Alexa to 3P endpoints such as Smart TVs and Speakers to profitably drive incremental endpoints and new-to-Alexa customer acquisition. We build a portfolio of B2B2C software-as-a-service (SAAS) products that empower developers and enterprise companies to use voice to support their device usage and delight their customers.

Our team owns the end to end Alexa experience on a Third party device.
