About the role: Amazon is looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused and creative video lead to join our Digital Studios team. We’ll give you the opportunity to make a difference to our video creation across the globe. The Video Editing Specialist role handles the post-production activity for Amazon product images to provide consistent imagery, remove distractions and enable customers with their buying decisions. We are seeking a self-motivated video expert with a keen eye for detail and a creative mind who will be responsible for editing raw video from studio, converting images to an animated video and help create the final video for integration with voice over and scripting.

Key job responsibilities
· Create and maintain high standards of varied video types that meets the business and customer requirement
· Reorder and fine-tuning content to ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of the video within the stipulated time period. And inputting graphics, animation to enhance the final video output
· Working closely with art directors, external vendors, internal editors to present a final product that matches the overall standard. Continuously improving and correcting lighting, coloring and faulty video
· Independently perform medium to high complexity creative tasks that are cohesive, simple, intuitive and customer centric while following the SOP and Amazon standards
· Become a Subject Matter Expert on products, placements or tools utilized for creating and delivering various video types
· Explore advancement in the video field to propose up to date design templates that focused on customer satisfaction and highlighting product features.
· Incorporate creative execution best practices to ensure high-volume designs are delivered in a timely manner
· Creating transitions, titles, graphics and other supporting materials for the video. Incorporating stakeholder feedback into overall production and seek for continuous improvement

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Bangalore, KA, INDBachelor's degree in Fine Arts/Visual Design/Visual Communication/Graphic Design related creative studies · Minimum of 3 years of equivalent and proven work experience in video & sound editing · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite of software, including but not limted to: Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audtion and color grading software. · Expert understanding of computers and digital equipment and knowledge of new and cutting-edge technology. Understands how and when different techniques are used to enhance post-production outcome · Ability to drive the design process by independently defining requirements, scoping projects and prioritizing tasks. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced global online environment · Demonstrated business acumen and customer-centricity · Ability to take and follow direction, while also having a creative eye for improvements
