This is a rare opportunity to join a start-up business within Amazon Ads and play a strategic role in building the future of Local Advertising. This is a key direct sales role in our Local Ads team. This individual will own some of our high impact local relationships as we create a brand new business and revenue stream for Amazon Ads. You will be joining a fast growing, quickly evolving organization, where the ability to wear many hats and help across projects will be crucial. You are expected to inspire, lead, think and act both strategically and tactically for your customers, using your strong business acumen and experience selling digital advertising solutions to help your partners grow and scale revenue. You enjoy solving complex problems, works effectively with cross-functional teams and thrives in a fast-paced setting that is constantly evolving.
Key job responsibilities
* Establish & foster relationships with local Account Executives to drive campaign success for Local Direct advertisers, agencies, channel partners.
*Act as single threaded owner for assigned accounts to maintain consistent messaging and delivery of Amazon Ads narratives, with a focus on STV/Video products.
*Conduct virtual and in-person meetings demonstrating subject matter expertise and a point of view on industry and/or specific advertising solutions.
* Assess, develop, and advise managers on overall business strategy.
* Utilize customer input to drive innovation.
*Work with marketing and product teams to develop local specific strategies and respective narratives for local digital media advertising growth
*Become an expert on Amazon solutions and adapt recommendations based on advertiser needs
*Optimize campaign performance that fulfills advertiser goals
*In-depth data analysis to develop actionable insights and recommendations for campaigns
*Work cross-functionally with Sales and other Amazon partners to deliver towards business goals*3+ years of professional experience with online advertising, as Account or Campaign Manager at a publisher, as media planner at an agency or similar.
Strong communication skills (English - written and verbal).
*University degree with an emphasis in Management, Marketing, Advertising or Business.
*Confidence in the analysis of number-based reports and experience in MS Office (esp. Excel).
*An exceptional eye for detail, ability to solve problems and given the fast paced nature of our division, the aptitude to multi task.
*An organized approach and a real team player who is willing to roll up sleeves.
*Flexible to work in 1500Hrs. - 0000Hrs. shift.
*Flexible to work from office 5 days a week.
