We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior System Center Administrator to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), with a proven track record of managing and maintaining enterprise-level IT infrastructure.
- SCCM Administration:
- Manage and maintain SCCM infrastructure, including software distribution, patch management, and operating system deployment.
- Perform SCCM configuration and deployment of software and patches.
- Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM client health and performance issues.
- Create and maintain SCCM reports and dashboards.
- SCOM Administration:
- Configure and maintain SCOM infrastructure, including monitoring rules, alerts, and dashboards.
- Integrate SCOM with ITSM tools like ServiceNow for incident and change management.
- Monitor and troubleshoot SCOM performance and health issues.
- Develop and maintain SCOM reports and dashboards.
Primary Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on SCCM and SCOM.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell.
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
