Job Description

Min yrs experience : 6 years
Skill: Configuration management, project management ,excel, reporting
Be the SPOC for CMDB Operations and Projects
Build the CMDB Vision and future projects projection
Ensure CIP(Continuous Improvement Plan) are well registered and implemented
Drive Projects as technical Business Analyst for CMDB process
Define and implement CMDB Governance model and IT4IT & Transformation roadmap (CMDB Accuracy, completeness etc),
Working on Feedback from the Stakeholders
Maintain strong and close relationships with configuration management key stakeholders including service owners, application owners, architects and IS&T Directors
Ensure clear and transparent communication methods for new and existing CMDB strategy , priorities and governance
Evaluate CMDB process adaption with CMDB Stakeholders and users
Ensure OTD is accomplished, for every CMDB projects
Vendor Management
