Static Analysis with Airbus Methods and Procedures Minimum of 4 6 years execution experience on any of the two main Aircraft Primary structures NCF Center Fuselage Empenage Wing upper cover VTP HTP Door Surrounds Doors Pylon Hands on execution experience on GFEM Load extraction DFEM Creation Validation and Post processing F DT Hands on execution experience on Metallic and composite primary secondary structures Strong Fundamentals in hand calculations e g HSB Methods and strength of Materials e g Brhun Able to create calculation templates with aid of excel formula and VBA Macro Knowledge Fatigue and Damage Tolerance analysis Tools Skills ISAMI MODULES MSP MFA MGF FC CFA CSPS Non Generic Modules ISAMI Lug Unfolding FH OH Tension Fitting Excel Scripts VBA Python AWK Value addition Patran and Hyperworks Pre Postprocessing of a FEM results Nastran SOL 101 103 105 400 106 Excel Based analytical calculation for Static and F DT Behavioral Role Based Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Work collaborative working environment between onshore offshore |
