Job Description
- Had Managed team of 30-40 peoples.
- Candidate must have led at led 4 to 5 Projects as a PM and Scrum Master (both are required skills)
- Candidate should have at least 3 to 4 yrs of AM Project experience and should be experienced in managing AM Projects
- Should be ready to work on Support Project and in second shift
- Must have ability to manage client and lead on Functional and technical front to guide and mentor development team.
- Excellent soft skills and client facing experience.
- Good to have knowledge in J2EE.
- Must have good experience in estimations and delivery using Agile scrum life cycle.
Primary Skills
- Candidate must be CSM & PMP Certified
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
- Project management experience
- Background in sales and customer service is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Customer-oriented approach
Secondary Skills
- Candidate should be at least EM1 Certified
