1 Candidate must have 3-5 years of minimum experience on Google Workspace
2 Must have deep knowledge of Google Workspace core product (Gmail, Drive Calendar, GMeet, Groups)
3 Must have hands-on troubleshooting experience on issues related with GWP core services.
4 Must have experience in GAM open source tool and automating daily tasks.
5 Must have good working experience on email related issues.
6 Must have experience in troubleshooting the issue related with MX, SPF,DKIM, DMARC.
7 Must have experience in troubleshooting the issue related with Drive, Shared Drive, Access issue,Drive Data Recovery.
8 Must have good working experience on Google Meet issue.
9 Must have experience in troubleshooting issue like (Google Contact, Shared Mailboxes Issue, Google groups.)
10 Experience in Interaction with vendors for extended support.
11 Basic understanding in GCP. 12 Basic understanding of Lumapps.
13 Must have working experience on Google Meet Hardware & Jamboard.
14 Support to L2 team if needed, help L2 with KBs. Create the SOPs & Process document.
