Nexthink On-Premises and Nexthink Infinity Skills

Primary Skills

Primary Skill: Nexthink On-Premises
Key Responsibilities:

System Monitoring: Oversee the performance and health of Nexthink on-premises systems.
Incident Management: Identify and resolve issues impacting end-user experiences.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to provide actionable insights for IT service improvements.
Collaboration: Work with IT teams to implement solutions and optimize system performance.
Reporting: Generate detailed reports on system performance and user experience metrics.
Maintenance: Ensure hardware resources are performing well and are properly sized according to requirements.
Training: Onboard new Nexthink engineers and provide regular training on new features and updates.

Primary Skills:

Expertise in Nexthink on-premises platform
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience in IT service management
Ability to perform regular health checks and updates
Excellent communication skills12

Short Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to users, addressing their queries and issues.
Feedback Collection: Gather user feedback to improve product features and services.

Training: Assist in training users on best practices for using Nexthink Infinity tools.
