Your Role

We are seeking highly skilled WAF Engineer with 4 – 6 Years of experience to join our team for Bengaluru location should be expertise in Implementing, configuring, and monitoring WAFs (like Imperva AWS WAF, Cloudflare) to protect web applications.

Implementation and Configuration: (Primary skill should be cloud WAF) (Imperva, Cloudflare, AWS WAF)
Setting up and configuring cloud-based WAFs to protect web applications from various attacks.
Analysing WAF logs and alerts to detect and respond to security threats.
Conducting regular security assessments and vulnerability testing of web applications.
WAF API security configuration, co-ordination with application team for swagger file creation
Creating and enforcing security policies, rulesets, and configurations for the WAF.
Participating in incident response and forensic analysis in the event of a security breach.
Working with development and IT teams to ensure secure application deployments and address security issues.
Staying abreast of the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques.
Developing and maintaining technical documentation related to WAF configurations and security practices.
Having a strong understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (depending on the specific role) and their security features.
Hands-on experience with specific WAF solutions such as Imperva/AWS WAF/Cloudflare.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
3 years or more in Cloud WAF (Imperva, Cloudflare, AWS WAF)3 years or more of experience in Palo Alto firewall & Panorama
3 years or more experience in cloud Proxy (Zscaler, Sky-high, CATO)
Knowledge about SASE ZTNA, Any implementation experience on SASE Product (CATO , Zscaler, Net scope, Palo Alto)
