ServiceNow HRSD (Developer/Lead's/Architect's)

Your role
- Develop and configure HR Case Management, HR Services, HR Templates, and HR Catalog items.
- Implement Employee Service Center (ESC), lifecycle event workflows (onboarding, offboarding), and HR service request flows.
- Configure HR playbooks, document templates, COEs, topic categories, and HR knowledge.
- Integrate HRSD with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
- Build automated HR workflows using - Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Business Rules, Script Includes
Your profile
- Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining ServiceNow HRSD modules.
- Strong scripting experience in JavaScript (Glide scripting), Server-side and client-side scripts
- Good understanding of HR processes (HR operations, onboarding, employee relations, etc.)
- Configure integration workflows using REST/SOAP APIs, integration hub, or JDBC connections.
