Your Role

Provide end‑to‑end application support and maintenance, ensuring smooth system operations and timely issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders with strong communication for effective problem‑solving and updates.
Utilize solid understanding of financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support application functionalities.
Analyze recurring issues, propose improvements, and ensure adherence to SLAs and best practices in application support.

Your Profile

6+ years of hands‑on experience in Oracle PBCS, including application support, administration, and maintenance activities.
Strong expertise in troubleshooting, issue resolution, system enhancements, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day PBCS operations.
Solid understanding of core finance functions such as budgeting, planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business users and technical teams.
