• Strong understanding of financial markets & dealing activities.
• Strong knowledge of automated reporting processes.
• Experience in defining and delivering technology based solutions and facilitating process change.
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Overall, 10-12 years, in which, at least 3-4 years as Asset Control development and manage Stakeholder and Vendor
management.
• Experience of working in Asset Control Reference Data System and its interfaces and modules.
• Experience and knowledge of Cloud, DevOps, Agile, Scrum, Release Management, & Project Management.
• Good understanding of Investment Banking operations and esp. Data Management.
• Track record of implementing change through collaboration Competencies.
Primary Skills
• Issue Management - Guides and directs team to identify, resolve and escalate problems. Procures assistance to help with
overall problem resolution.
• Leadership - Provides leadership, guidance and mentoring that contribute to knowledge and skill development of the teams.

and doing things now in order to avoid potential problems in the future, it is about being persistent in addressing issues and
potential obstacles.

environment through monitoring, checking and compliance with standards and procedures. It includes an attention to detail.
Devotes sufficient time to complete tasks, review and study documents and reports and prepare for meetings.
• Customer Focus - Follows through to ensure customers' needs are met, liaising with other parts of the Bank as needed. Keeps
the customer up-to-date and informed of progress. Makes self-available to deal with any problems and issues
