Job Description

Responsibilities: Responsibilities: - Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team. - Coach and mentor the team members on Scrum practices, agile principles, and continuous improvement. - Protect the team from external distractions and impediments, acting as a buffer between the team and external stakeholders. - Ensure transparency in the team's work by maintaining and updating the sprint backlog and other Scrum artifacts. - Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospective meetings and implementing agreed-upon actions. - Promote team self-organization and cross-functional collaboration, empowering team members to take ownership and make decisions. - Collect and analyze metrics to track team performance and identify areas for improvement. - Promote the adoption of Scrum and agile practices within the organization, sharing knowledge and best practices. - Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to the development team and stakeholders. - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to align on product requirements and priorities. - Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with the product vision, customer needs, and business goals. - Develop and maintain detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Plan and coordinate product releases, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements. Educational Requirements Bachelor of Engineering Additional Responsibities: None Technical and Professional Requirements: Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a deep understanding of the Scrum framework and agile methodologies. - Strong product management experience, with a track record of successfully defining and delivering products that meet customer needs. - Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities. - Ability to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment. - Familiarity with agile project management tools and techniques. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Certification in Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred. - Experience in software development or a related field is a plus. - Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to understand user needs and translate them into product requirements. - Knowledge of product management principles, practices, and techniques. - Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
