Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities: Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategies for online presence and user experience across different platforms and regions. • Create and scale up digital-first brand campaigns (across paid, owned, and earned media) while being accountable for brand KPIs • Collaborate closely with the Brand and PR teams to manage online reputation • Provide leadership and collaborate with various marketing teams and internal stakeholders to create compelling brand stories and take them to market • Regularly report and review progress with leadership and marketing teams • Stay updated on best practices and industry trends in digital marketing, implementing them as needed to enhance campaign effectiveness and business impact. Recommend process improvements for more effective campaigns • Recruit and retain high-performing team members. Communicate, provide insights, and train teams on a regular basis • Manage relationships with agencies • Ensure compliance with brand, digital, privacy, and legal guidelines.
