Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Understanding of basic Event management concepts; like Event indication, Event classification, Event detection, Event logging, Event filtering or correlation, Event response, Event closure and Event resolution 2. Understanding of advanced Event management concepts like; Event Aggregation, Correlation, Deduplication and Enrichment 3. Expertise of pattern matching (NLP), anomaly detection, trend forecasting 4. Understanding of statis (rule based) & dynamic (machine learning) correlation. Familiarity of rule writing logic. 5. Familiarity with machine learning concepts like seasonality analytics and time series correlation 6. Manual versus system event handling 7. Event management system integration with ITSM systems like ServiceNow 8. Knowledge of monitoring tools/infrastructure and event management integration with understanding of ITIL and Ticketing Process. 9. Proactive Problem Management, Efficient Resource Allocation, Automation and Orchestration, Big Data Analytics, Self-healing and Autonomous IT Operations 10. Should be open to work in 24/7 rotational support Educational Requirements Bachelor of Engineering Additional Responsibities: • Experience designing and implementing client facing solutions leveraging involving Multiple Monitoring Tools, Moogsoft and ServiceNow. • Experience of performance compliant design, sustainable solution architecture • Experience implementing and integrating enterprise software applications. • Analyze and evaluate alternative solutions and recommends cost effective and efficient solutions • Propose data model, design changes to processes and products, exerts significant latitude in determining objectives of an assignment. • Design and develop Moogsoft data model to support process integrations • Should be expert in Moogsoft Workflow Engine like Event Workflow, Incident Workflow and Enrichment Data Catalogue • Ability to understand Moogsoft event lifecycle • Support and coordinate scheduling and execution of releases, product upgrades, new technology deployments. • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities. • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training including multitask and time management. • Practical experience with agile methodologies/tools Technical and Professional Requirements: • Primary skills: MoogSoft, Technology->Infra_ToolAdministration-ITSM->ServiceNow-ITOM
