Job Description

Responsibilities: 12.1. Network security:  Knowledge on Networks: LAN, WAN, SDN, NFV, Network Capacity Planning, BGP, Routing, Proxy Servers, Network Infrastructure Services (DNS, DHCP, CA, Directory Services), Load Balancing, VPN technologies and SSL certificates.  Analyze and recommend solutions for client based networking security measures.  Evaluating firewall rule base, identifying vulnerable rules or ports and providing security recommendation as per organization practices. 12.2. Cloud Security  Knowledge of various cloud environments, cloud security stack and cloud deployment models.  Able to evaluate delivery of security offerings related to cloud security and recommend appropriate controls based on the offering.  Working experience on Amazon Web Services, Azure and other cloud service provider.  Understanding of security solutions in cloud environments across various security domains like Identity & Access Management, Security Monitoring, data protection (encryption, tokenization). 12.3. Knowledge on Information Security Management System (ISMS) process. 12.4. Skillful in core area of security such as OS security, OS and DB hardening, Active Directory, IDS, IPS, Firewalls, Routers, etc. 12.5. Knowledge of tiered application architectures, web applications, APIs and mobile application security. 12.6. Should have the perspective to understand the business criticality and ability to identify & highlight risk/ gaps. Educational Requirements Bachelor of Engineering Additional Responsibities: Cyber Security certifications will be an added advantage.  Certifications such as SANS, OWASP, CCSK (Cloud Security Alliance), CISSP or any other standard institutes or certification bodies.  Network Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP.  Engineering Graduate or equivalent with minimum 4 years of experience/ Post Graduate with 3 years of experience  The candidate shall hold certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor Technical and Professional Requirements:  The candidate shall have at least 4-6 years’ experience in Information Security Governance, risk and compliance management with strong information and network security concepts. The candidate shall have good experience in the areas of Risk Management, Governance, Compliance, Security policy and Metrics.  The candidate should possess good technical, analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills. The candidate is expected to work as an individual contributor with minimum support from manager and shall have excellent communication and collaboration skills.  The candidate shall possess good understanding of ISO 27001:2013, SSAE 16 SOC 1 & SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA & other industry recommended standards and regulations.  The candidate shall have strong technical understanding of Information Security
