Job Description

Responsibilities:  Lead multiple master data engagements in US & EU across industry verticals like Manufacturing, Pharma, Retail, Energy, Utilities Etc  Consult on data governance topics including People, Process & Technology  Handle diverse teams based at Onsite & offshore for the delivery of the master data projects  Participate in Sales & Pre-sales activities to market Infosys solutions & services on master data  Provide thought leadership on master data best practices, business value articulation, tool capability and suggestions, governance principles, concepts and techniques  Architect/design GenAI, RPA, AI/ML solutions in area of data governance  Manage competency operations & contribute to growth of the competency  Carry out assessment of Clients master data landscape, data maturity, governance & quality, business pain points and identification of capability gaps, conduct design workshops  Define master data strategy and roadmap with initiatives  Work with the solution architect in designing future application architecture, source and consumers integration, external data/vendor access, security, performance and scalability strategies to support the various business capabilities  Develop recommendations including integration strategy, synchronization mechanisms, external data capabilities, technology alternatives Educational Requirements Bachelor of Engineering Additional Responsibities:  The candidate is expected to be a senior master data lead with experience in engaging with large organizations providing expert advice.  consulting on various master data governance topics, defining strategy & roadmap, able to influence decisions, lead multiple engagements, participate in proposal making and delivery.  Candidate should be able to manage competency & deliver growth.  Candidate should have innovative mindset & design/develop GenAI, RPA & automation solutions.  Candidate must have good Client engagement and co-ordination skills.  Candidate should possess good knowledge of SAP master data and data quality tools. Technical and Professional Requirements:  Candidate should have 17+ years of experience in Leading master data engagements, expert consulting & advisory, defining strategy & roadmap, architecting MDM solutions, leading proposal discussions and influencing decisions  Expert knowledge of SAP MDG and capabilities of Non-SAP solutions like Stibo, Informatica, etc  Cloud & On-premise MDM solutions  GenAI, AI/ML, RPA, Automation capability and Use cases  Master data domain knowledge should include Material, Customer, Vendor and Finance  MDM Integration knowledge with ERP and other internal/external applications  Data migration experience is an added advantage  SAP MDG & SAP DQM (Must Have), Knowledge of other MDM toolsSAP MDG & SAP DQM (Must Have), Knowledge of other MDM tools
