Job Description

Responsibilities: • Gather and facilitate business process discussions, solution design and documentation, configuration, test, and end-user support. • Provide inputs in promoting and implementing best-practice solutions (business processes and SAP functionality); proactively address problems and troubleshoot Project issues. • Provides technical direction in the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of large-scale, enterprise applications projects. • Part of SAP IT Order To Cash team, accountable for achieving exceptional service and support of SAP OTC functions including root cause identification and solution recommendation. • Responsible for working with our SAP IT Development team, you will be key in determining the Release Management, to plan, implement, and test new releases into our production systems environment. • Work closely with our operations teammates and business partners to fully understand the user functionality, pain points, and areas of improvement within our applications. • Drive, assist, or help deliver special projects and small enhancements and assist in reviewing and improving policies and procedures. • Service Contract in the CS module is part of the OTC and must be part of your general knowledge. • Participate to Web & E-procurement deployment. • Review statistics, validate or challenge the way things have always been done and identify areas for process and support tool improvements and efficiencies. Educational Requirements Bachelor of Engineering Additional Responsibities: • Operates with integrity, transparency and humility. • Carries a broad global perspective of markets, tech, and trends. • Balances clear strategic thinking and accountability in execution to deliver results. • Actively creates the conditions for Waters’ people and teams to succeed. Technical and Professional Requirements: • 5+ years related experience required in SAP SD (especially on configurations and pricing). • Basic functional debugging experience (on pricing routines). • Proven ability to communicate effectively with a varied and global client base. • Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail. • Strong analytical skills. • Sound knowledge and working experience of SAP Sales and Distribution Modules. • Strong ability in MS Office applications such as MS Excel. • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
