Job Description
Responsibilities: Design compensation structures/models, allowances, salary ranges, long & short term incentive programs, policy formulation across group entities Budgeting, financial impact analysis and scenario planning to evaluate optimal solutions and implementation plans Refine market intelligence data to periodically benchmark compensation programs / processes in scope and recommend enhancements to improve their competitiveness. Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation Design and deployment of various compensation programs to drive organizational performance through world-class practices of governance and employee experience Large change / program management including those that affect the larger organization and drive business value Lead key / strategic initiatives within the Practice Independently resolve escalated compensation issues and recommend optimal solutions for issues with high complexity. Develop and report metrics related to effectiveness of managed compensation programs / processes. Engage with internal stakeholders and user groups to solicit actionable feedback on programs and recommend design improvements. Develop targeted education programs and communication material on compensation offerings. Educational Requirements Master Of Business Adm.
