JOB Description: Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein/Tableau CRM)

· 5+ years of in-depth technical experience on configuration, customization and development of analytics tools

· Hands-on Salesforce Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM Analytics configuration and development experience

· Ability to capture BI requirements and build dashboards

· Experience articulating design specifications and implementing leading practices

· Ability to translate BI requirements using SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language)

· Ability to optimize SAQL queries for dashboard performance

· Ability to implement Analytics security model

· Experienced in real-time integrations with Salesforce involving SOAP, REST APIs and understanding of concepts such as firewalls, reverse proxies and security certificates

· Experience with all core Salesforce.com tools (i.e., Data loader, Translation Workbench) and products

· Thorough understanding of the role, profile and permissions sets (security and sharing model) guiding access and visibility, SSO, and desktop/mobile integrations

Good to have: Salesforce CRM Analytics certified.
