Required Skills and Capabilities

Maintain and support for SharePoint sites.
Analytical thinking to propose and implement technical solution.
Design or Migrate Excel based process to Power Platform.
Ability to understand complex business problem and support existing apps or solutions.
Create/ maintain / optimize Data Automation and data pipeline.
Understand Business requirement and deliver solution as expected.
Support Analyst in to Extracting data, reporting and analysis to generate business insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design and develop scalable and robust PowerApps solutions to address various business needs and challenges.
Customize and extend existing PowerApps applications to enhance functionality and improve user experience.
Integrate PowerApps with other Microsoft technologies, such as Power BI, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365, to create seamless workflows and data connections.
Implement best practices for PowerApps development, including data modeling, user interface design, and security implementation.
Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of PowerApps solutions to ensure quality and reliability.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing your expertise and insights to foster their professional growth.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Power Platform development and evaluate new tools and features to enhance our development processes.
