Position: Executive

Location: Bengaluru

Role Description:

Engage in corporate law related compliances to be undertaken by companies (such as board meetings, annual filings etc)
Engage in corporate law diligences for Targets of the Clients as part of their acqusition process
Engage in implementation of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) tax, and restructuring mandates for clients, such as
1. Share issuance
2. Capital reduction
3. Rights issue
4. Buy back
5. Mergers
6. Demergers
7. Dividend distribution
8. Share transfer
Apply basic knowledge of other relevant laws, such as FEMA and SEBI, to support compliance and advisory functions.
Manage relationships with clients and team members effectively, demonstrating strong people management skills.
Communicate proficiently with all levels of the organization, showcasing excellent communication skills.

• Qualfied Company Secretary (CS)

• 0.6-1 year of relevant post qualification experience

• Strong analytical ability

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Client relationship management

• Commercial awareness
