Qualification & Experience:

Educational Background: B.E/B Tech/MCA in Computer Science / Information Technology.
Experience with Government Projects: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT consulting, with a focus on E-Governance or public sector projects with Strong documentations skill in preparing DPRs, RFPs, FRS, etc.
Certifications: Professionally certified in recognized project delivery methods such as PMI/PMP/PRINCE2 or Common Information Management Method is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

E Governance Advisory: Provide advisory for E-Governance projects on IT strategies, solutions, and best practices.
Project Planning: Assist in the planning and scoping of E-Governance projects, including defining objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Solution Design: Design and recommend IT solutions that improve efficiency, transparency, and accessibility of government services.
Implementation Support: Oversee the implementation of IT solutions, ensuring they meet the specified requirements and standards.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with government stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
Training and Capacity Building: Conduct training sessions and workshops to build the capacity of government staff in using new IT systems.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure IT solutions comply with relevant laws, regulations, and policies, and manage associated risks.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented IT solutions and recommend improvements.
