8 -12 years of experience in design and development of building highly Responsive UIs with seamless Product experience.
Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns

· Excellent proficiency in front-end technologies – ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, modular CSS, Redux, webpack, babel, UI debugging skills, UI Design patterns, integrating with APIs, Figma or similar design tool for UI-Mocks.

Logging & Monitoring tools like Quantum Metrics, Splunk, Grafana etc.
Excellent debugging and problem-solving capability.
Ability to lead a group through an architectural development process and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Understanding of frontend security and performance.
Skilled in providing oversight and mentoring team members
Experience in deploying solutions on any of these cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)
Work exposure on Agile methodologies and DevOps would be added advantage
CI/CD Automation experience with tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins & Azure DevOps
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – including facilitation, and consensus building skills; ability to influence and persuade, without direct control
Practitioner of Agile (Scrum) methodology.
