Job Title: Java Developer (Java 18)

Experience Level: 8 to 10 years

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with expertise in Java 18 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative software solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Java 18.
Translate application requirements and use cases into functional applications.
Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.
Prepare and produce releases of software components.
Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong understanding of Java 18.
6 to 10 years of professional experience in Java development.
Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Understanding of Agile methodologies.
